Business Development Executive
Responsibilities :
To achieve Sales Target and Profit Target as the plan.
To cover customer need and satisfaction.
To support all company product and company business alliance.
To support all company activities.
To manage customers and venders to support company fluently.
The purpose of the job is to identify and contact prospective clients, generate sales proposals and service existing accounts
Selling IT Solution.
Qualify prospects and business opportunities
Contact and meet prospective clients for business opportunities
Gather basic requirements of projects
Write and review proposals and all other relevant pre-sales documents
Follow up on payments after contracts signed and ensure financial deposits are received promptly for receipt process
Work on project transition from Sales to Team Leader and ensure Development Team get all the necessary documents and information
Follow up ongoing projects for customer satisfaction purpose
Build long-term relationships with clients
Complete the Client Intake Forms, Contact Reports, Sales Confirmation Sheets to assist sales records and transition of projects to development stage
Ensure contracts are completed and signed by all parties upon project start up
Identify and implement sales processes/process improvement

Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science or IT Field
1-3 years' experience in sales functions in particular I.T.
Hard working and highly responsible
Good command in English both Speaking and Writing
Good personality, highly energetic, customer focused and self motivated
Good skills in Presentation, Communication, Negotiation, Analytical Skill and Work Independently
Keen to learn new technologies
Ability to take on challenges and meet demanding requirements of the IT environment/industry
