Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in "ANY" field
2. Experience as a web programmer and editor
3. Knowledge of PHP, Ajax, Javascript, HTML, CSS and MySQL
4. Able to make web template from .PSD file
5. Intermediate Adobe Flash user is a plus
6. Any Nationality
7. Able to communicate in English fluently
8. Portfolio will be required
