Our company provide translation and localization service.The EQHO Project Coordinator's main role is to provide Customer Support and social media related services. The Project Coordinator actively works with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

Customer projects
• Support in project scoping and creation of quotations in collaboration with production, vendors and Management as required.
• Responsible for clear and concise communication and a thorough understanding of client requirements, management of client expectations and specification of required deliverables.
• To effectively communicate client requirements to production teams and vendors and collaborate with all parties throughout the project lifecycle in order to complete all required deliverables of the project.
• To ensure projects are delivered within budget, management of scope, schedule/deadlines, margins, issues, risk, quality and timely communication.
• Support in gathering and preparing documentation for project testing, postmortem processes and evaluation.
• To Collaborate with production teams to create, implement and maintain appropriate client- or project-specific procedures, solutions, checklists and instructions.
• To ensure the accuracy of financial project data, workflows, schedules and processes to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Customer Satisfaction
• To respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely manner.
• To be able to set up and host teleconference calls with local and international clients using web conference software such as GoToMeeting.

• To collaborate with internal teams to initiate and implement procedural changes and customized workflows.
• Provide regular updates of Project Tracking sheet and reports to management as required.
• To support publicity or marketing related online activities.
• To maintain and update client fan pages, online groups and support pages and information.

• Bachelor Degree in any fields.
• 2 years of work experience in related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English and native fluency in - Vietnamese, Khmer, or Burmese.
• Skilled in computer programs (Windows, Office/GSuite), computer software (Knowledge of editing suite is a plus).
• Skilled in social media group, online games and customer support (Knowledge of e-learning courses and web-based platforms is a plus)
• Business orientated and customer service focused.
• Demonstrate the ability to make decisions and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexibly and/or beyond regular hours as required.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to manage and collaborate with external resources and resolve challenges and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work in the multicultural international environment.

Salary: 20,000 - 30,000 THB or about 602 - 902 USD (depends on your skills)
