Position: Service Engineer

Location: Mueang Thong Thani

Job Qualifications
• Male / Female
• Bachelor Degree in Computer or other related fields
• Minimum of 1 - 2 years experience in Operating System, Application Support
• Knowledge of Window Application and Web Application
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Good analytical, problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience within financial services organizations is an advantage
• Strong problem analysis, self motivated, enthusiastic and resolution skill are required

Role & Responsibilities
IT Technical Support;
• set up new user mail accounts;
• configure user rights for various applications;
• troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware/software faults;
• log customer/employee queries
All jobs will be assigned and take care by senior staff.
