This is an amazing job opportunity for you to be working with a great startup in Asia.
A 10-million-dollar-in-revenue-per-year Singapore company is looking to open a software development branch in Bangkok. We are looking to hire lead software engineers, mid-level and new graduates with potential to work on AI, Cryptocurrency, AR and improving existing software projects. We preferred full-stack, but open to consider engineers that are willing to learn and jump into the projects.

This team is working with some of most advanced technologies including the augmented reality (AR) support offered in ARKit and ARCore, Blockchain, and Tensor Flow. As a member of our fast-paced organization, you will have the unique and rewarding opportunity to craft new products that will delight and inspire millions of people every day.

The ideal engineer for this role is comfortable working in a dynamic and creative team charged with exploring an uncharted and rapidly evolving domain. You will be developing world-class frontend and backend systems that need to scale to hundreds of millions of users. You'll need a keen understanding of the current state of security, privacy, scalability and performance. We are building a passionate and diverse team that will span a broad range of application categories.

Responsibilities

Design and Develop Automation workflows for provisioning Software Infrastructure
Design and Develop Monitoring Dashboards and Infrastructure for software services and cloud infrastructure
Manage deployment and orchestration Infrastructure and related Automation (Apache Mesos, Kubernetes)
Manage and Deploy Distributed Queuing and Streaming platforms (Apache Kafka, Apache ActiveMQ)
Manage and Deploy Database Infrastructure (Relational and Non Relational) Required Skills & Experience

Qualification and Experience

BS degree in Computer Science or a similar technical area of study or equivalent practical experience
1-3 years as a software engineer/developer working with software and cloud infrastructure
Python, Java, Shell Scripting
Experience with Software Infrastructure Automation and tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Docker
Experience with CI and tools like Jenkins and Bamboo
Experience with Source Control Management esp. Git
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to other team members.
Familiarity with Agile software development processes
Very Good understanding of Relational Databases and SQL Very Good understanding of Linux/Unix platforms and System Tools
Very Good understanding of Networks and Networking Protocols
Experience working and writing automation workflows for AWS, Google Cloud Platform or other cloud infrastructure
Experience deploying, configuring and managing Queuing Systems
Experience deploying, configuring and managing Non Relational Databases (Cassandra, ElasticSearch)
Experience with Micro Service based infrastructure
Apache Spark
Machine Learning (Optional)
