Our clients include Japanese automobile manufacturers and suppliers. We are expanding our team to Chiang Mai and looking for a lead software developer to join our team.

Responsibilities
• Lead and manage software development team to deliver software product within time plan
• Coach and manage team members to perform assigned tasks
• Assess team member's skills and propose skill development plan for team members
• Prepare project plans and hold regular status update meetings

Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Engineering/Science, Information Technology or related field
• 5+ years of experiences
• 1+ years of experience in development leading position
• Ability to plan projects and manage issues
• Good understanding of business process
• Good communication skill
• Good programming skill
• Ability to work independently
• Be responsible and reliable

Probation period: 6 months
