At Scale 360, you will be:
• Handling technical support of software solutions and products.
• Supporting partner and contribute to proactive support activities.
• Conducting project implementation and testing at customer site.
• Taking complete ownership of the service call while on-site resolving issues and following call handling and call closure procedures consistently.
• Respond to and resolve customer issues within key performance indicator targets.
• Maintaining customer satisfaction to include :communication, professional demeanor and appearance through resolution of service request.
• Completing required cycle count and audits.

If you can/have:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other related engineering degrees
• Minimum of 2 years of software development/ system integration/ system maintenance/ technical support experiences
• High proficiency in C++ and C# and .NET
• Knowledge of WPF, JAVA, JavaScript, HTML, XML and SQL
• Basic understanding of PC, PC peripherals, and network connectivity
• Basic understanding of infrastructure
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Good in English and Thai is essential as English is our working language
• Willingness to travel internationally
