ดิฉันเป็นตัวแทนของบริษัท Q hunter recruitment ลูกค้าของเรากำลังมองหาบุคคลมาร่วมทีม
ในตำแหน่งงาน Account Director มีรายละเอียดดังนี้ค่ะ

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to understand client needs both delivered and hidden, to provide work that meet expectation in mind.
• Manage an active sales pipeline create annual & quarterly forecasts, guide sales team to deliver clear action plans to achieve targets.
• Recommend initial and strategic direction to clients, sales team members, and management; mainly in the areas of production and digital marketing / branding.
• Presentation, Communication, Selling and Negotiation skills are highly required; and the ability to transfer knowledge to the sales team members
• Ability to manage each job by setting the goal, action plan, sub task and related resources.
• Ability to communicate team challenges to management and supporting teams to improve work flow process

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Master or Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing / Advertising or Related field.
• At least 7 Years of experiences working in Direct Marketing, Advertising, Marketing or Related field.
• Good knowledge of marketing management, Strategic planning and execution skills.
• Good personality, Interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Good skills in presentation, digital project management, interpersonal skills, logical thinking, and problem solving.
• Passion for digital media including a solid understanding of Internet advertising, benchmarks and sales process.
• Good English communications.
• Ability to think both strategically and creatively
