- Understanded functional solutions to be tested
and measured the quality of released software 
- Resolved user problems that occurred
in released production system
- Troubleshooted technical issues and identify modifications
needed in existing applications to meet changing
user requirements
- Participated on project steering committees
and be involved in the design phase
of any new development projects
