Job Description

Responsibilities

-Provides overall project development, leadership and motivation for engineering team through feature/project completion

-Report to the Chief Technology Officer

-The desire to learn and work with a variety of technologies, including Node.js, ElasticSearch, Redis, MongoDB, PostgreSQL

-Experience deploying software to production servers. Bonus if you’ve worked with Amazon AWS or have experience in dev-ops.

-Recruit, engage, motivate, and develop engineering team members

-Build a 20+ engineering team from scratch

-Set operational goals and key performance indicators to measure, track and continuously improve team performance and results

Requirements

-Four-year college degree OR 3+ years of related experience in Engineering or related technical field

-Demonstrated knowledge of the software development life cycle

-Ninja-like coding skills

-MUST be willing to live and work in Bangkok, Thailand
