HR Application (PeopleSoft, Workday) Technical Consultant

Responsibilities :
PeopleSoft and Workday technical consultant will work closely with PeopleSoft and Workday functional consultant to design and develop the report, interface, data migration program, and so on using PeopleSoft and Workday development tools, and occasionally work on presale and other areas of consulting services.

Qualification :
Core Skills
- Good attitude towards work and team
- Able to communicate well with the team and the customers
- Analytical thinking and ability to think independently
- Able to work both independently or collaboratively in teams
- Willingness to take up different assignments and work in different locations
- Able to independently learn, understand, and apply new technology
- Fluent English or Chinese language ability is a required.

Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge in HR business processes is a plus
- Good knowledge in development tools such as Java and SQL
- Experience in analyzing requirement, design, and develop the work products according to the requirement
- Experience in system integration analysis, design, and implement
- Experience in data migration analysis, design, and implement
