โซนี่ออกแอพ YouTube สำหรับ PS Vita ให้ดาวน์โหลดกันเรียบร้อยแล้ว ฟีเจอร์ก็ตามมาตรฐานของแอพ YouTube บนแพลตฟอร์มอื่นๆ เช่น มีระบบค้นหา แนะนำวิดีโอ ประวัติการดูวิดีโอ และ favourite นอกจากนี้ยังเล่นวิดีโอผ่านเครือข่าย 3G ได้ด้วย

การเล่นวิดีโอทำได้ 2 โหมดคือโหมดเต็มหน้าจอ และโหมดจอเล็กที่ใช้พื้นที่ที่เหลือแสดงรายการวิดีโอแนะนำ (เหมือนกับ YouTube บน Android)
