QA Analyst and Support Analyst are URGENTLY REQUIRED !!! QA Analyst Job Overview:

Job DescriptionSoftscape is seeking high energy, detail-oriented Quality Assurance Senior Analysts and Analysts : with strong communication and organization skills. The successful candidates will be both an individual contributor and a team player, and able to work on multiple projects. Tasks will include creating and executing test cases, defect tracking, reporting, identifying and communicating issues for all of Softscape’s product lines.

Responsibilities• Providing QA for Softscape’s customer and baseline application projects• Creating and executing test cases • Analyzing test results and prioritising based on impact analysis• Tracking test results using defect tracking database • Coordinating defect resolution with engineering, consulting and technical support • Playing a part in developing QA standards, processes, and tools• Scope, budget, and timeline estimates for new projects• Completing regular status reports and issue escalation

Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering or related field• Thai Nationality• 2+ years working experience in Quality Assurance field• Excellent command of English• Understanding of 'software testing'• Broad technical skills• Good communication and people skills• Willingness to learn new skills• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Job Description

The Support Analyst: works closely with the Support Manager to meet the production needs of the customer. The Support Analyst will be hands on with client applications currently in a live production environment to creatively solve problems and code patches for application issues.

Responsibilities - Analysis and debugging of production application issues - Working with a team to solve fast-paced problems - Providing swift and accurate fixes for production level code - Meeting pre-set timelines and maintaining customer satisfaction - Contributing to patches and deployments - Communicating with the Support Manager and team to collectively resolve issues

Qualifications - Excellent English and Thai communication skills (written/oral) - BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering (or equivalent) - 3+ years working experience in Software/Support Analyst - Strong experience with web application development - Experience of supporting applications, either internally or for customers - Experience with any of the following databases - SQL Server, Oracle, or DB2 - Strong experience with HTML and JavaScript - Experience with server-side scripting (ASP, PHP or JSP) - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively to resolve problems
