หน้าที่หลักตอนนี้คือ
• Provide recruiting for IT positions such as programmer (Java, C#.NET, VB.NET), Project Manager, Software Tester, PL/SQL, PHP, System Analyst, RPG AS400, Business Analyst, Mobile Developer, Android/ iOS Developer, System Administrator, IT Support, COBOL, ETL, Help desk, Data Analyst, DBA, MIS and etc.
• Support recruiting in other functional areas as needed
• Source passive and active candidates in targeted areas utilizing creative resources and techniques (e.g., networking, social media tools, websites, referrals, advertising)
• Maintain good relationships with candidates before and after recruitment
• Evaluate applicant resumes, pre-screen applicants, and coordinate interviews
• Negotiate with and communicate offers to successful candidates.
• Initiate and complete the background screening process
• Provide the company's contract as outsource contract
• Provides job candidates by screening, interviewing; notifying existing staff of internal opportunities; maintaining personnel records; obtaining temporary staff from agencies.
• Responsible for recruitment of employees.
• Following feedback interview from candidates
• Training new recruiter and researcher.
• Inform candidates about the results of their interviews
• Following feedback with sales.

Expected: 45K ขึ้นไปนะคะ (ไม่รวมค่าคอมมิชชั่น) และสวัสดิการณ์อื่นๆ

เรียนจบ ปตรีด้านกฏหมาย
ภาษาอังกฤษ ระดับพอใช้ ประสบการณ์สายงาน IT Recruit เกือบ 4 ปีค่ะ
ตอนนี้ทำงานอยู่ในบริษัทที่มีเจ้านายเป็นคนอินเดีย ที่อยากเปลี่ยนงานเพราะมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงในองค์กรบ่อยเกินไป+ไม่เป็นธรรม แล้วไม่เป็นอย่างที่คุยกันไว้ตอนแรกค่ะ แต่ในเรื่องของการทำงานไม่มีปัญหาสามารถทำได้ตามเป้าที่บริษัทกำหนดแต่อาจจะมีบางไตรมาสที่พลาดไปบ้างค่ะ
