Senior JAVA Developer / Software Engineer

You will be working with software engineers in global offices on large-scale online advertising platform in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Our robust product performs at lightning speed and reach hundreds of millions of users every day. You will get to work with team and other business units to design and implement innovative features on our advertising infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement innovative features on large-scale advertising infrastructure
• Work closely with other developers and architects to define interfaces and integration points
• Write well designed, testable, and efficient codes
• Document and maintain software
• Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility
• Build QA tools and work with QA team to ensure quality releases
• Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
• Profile and optimize web and server software

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in server-side Java with strong Java fundamental knowledge
• Experienced in software design, data structures and algorithm design for massive scale in distributed environments
• Passionate about well written and well tested code including unit and integration tests
• Strong database skills including schema design and query design
• Excellent knowledge of In-Memory Storage Technologies (Memcache, Couchbase)
• Understand, configure, and optimize web servers for large-scale usage
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Thai nationality

Nice-to-Have Experience:

• JavaScript, CSS, and HTML skills and development tools (browser debuggers, Grunt, Webpack, npm)
• Shell Scripting (Bash, Awk)
• Automated testing environments (Bamboo/Jenkins/TeamCity)
• Experience with sub 20ms, low latency internet software
• Experience working on advertising platforms
