Technical Support -Thai-Speaking Candidates! (30 Vacancies!!)
Location: KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Salary: Native Thai(RM4,000 + RM200 Housing
allowance) (Roughly 33 700 Baht)
NO Overtime
Working Hours & Days: 10AM to 7PM (Mon – Fri)
EP processing also will be done by the Employer
Permanent Position -Yearly Renewable Visa

1. Candidates must be between the age 18 to 38 years old
2. Able to speak Thai language
3. Must be IT graduates or have experience as a Technical Support
4. Open for Fresh Graduates, employment and salary will be under Employer
5. Must be able to speak and understand basic conversational English at least, as the training will be in English


•Responds to customer technical problems/issues related to hardware and networking via phone.
•Assists customers by diagnosing problems and providing resolutions for technical service.
•Uses troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify products that are defective and follow guidelines in issuing service calls/contacts.
•Applies Diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.
•Documents problems in the support solution database for diagnostics and solution implementation.
•Advises/educates customers within procedural guidelines to ensure a complete solution to their technical or service questions.
•Identifies, researches and provides input on unique or recurring customer problems.
•Remains knowledgeable of client’s product line, policies, and procedures.
•Knowledge on how to use Microsoft Windows Operative Systems and Basic Internet Tools.
•Focuses on delivering a positive customer experience according to client's standards.
•Monitors and tracks issues to ensure accurate resolution.
•May be involved in revenue generation activities with current client's customers.
•Reviews and distributes pertinent cross-functional information. •Escalates more complex customer technical issues to senior level support.
